Three migration iterations of two weeks each, with Phases 2–5 delivered by two senior engineers full time: 15–22 weeks, €175,500–€247,500 (≈ $207,000–$292,000, excl. VAT). Phase 1 is a fixed-price entry engagement staffed with 1–2 senior engineers depending on effort; Phases 2–5 are time & materials at €150/hour (≈ $177/hour) per engineer, so the total moves with the number of iterations your landscape actually needs — which Phase 1 establishes for your landscape specifically.
