Roland reviews questions for suitability. This service covers technical guidance, not system access, large code or architecture reviews, jobs or recruitment. There is no fixed response-time commitment or guaranteed solution. If a question receives no useful guidance, it does not use up a question from your package.
Your refund guarantee
Within 14 days of receiving your first answer, you can request a full refund without giving a reason. A full refund closes your package. Otherwise, unused questions are refundable at EUR 10 each. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
