How We Work

A clear scope, a named delivery team and an agreed way of working—from the first conversation through handover.

Start with Roland and the problem you need to solve

DWHPro is led by Roland Wenzlofsky in Vienna, Austria. We work with a network of specialists and assemble the proposed team around the skills your engagement needs. The proposal identifies who is responsible for the work and how decisions are made.

Working with international teams

We welcome enquiries from organisations worldwide. English can be used for project communication. We agree meeting times, time-zone overlap, response expectations and any on-site requirements before committing to delivery. Availability and start dates depend on the scope and the specialists required.

Our legal notice lists the Austrian operator and the US entity, DWHPro LLC. The contracting entity, currency, payment terms and applicable engagement terms are confirmed in the proposal and contract.

From discovery to handover

  1. Discovery. Discuss the business goal, systems, constraints and deadline. Identify whether a focused investigation, assessment or implementation engagement is appropriate.
  2. Written scope. Agree deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, access and acceptance criteria. Define the proposed team and delivery schedule.
  3. Delivery and review. Work through agreed milestones, review evidence and raise risks early. Record decisions and assess scope changes before undertaking additional work.
  4. Validation and release. Test against acceptance criteria and follow the client’s approval process. Agree recovery or rollback steps for production changes.
  5. Handover. Provide the agreed code, documentation, findings and operating instructions. Define any follow-on support separately.

Confidentiality and system access

Confidentiality, data handling and access arrangements are agreed before sensitive information is shared. We work within your approved access and release processes. Where practical, an initial investigation can use approved extracts rather than direct production access.

Use the enquiry form for a project description, not passwords or confidential datasets. We agree a suitable channel for detailed material.

Specialists with clear responsibilities

Roland coordinates the initial discussion and proposed approach. Specialist participation and delivery responsibilities are agreed for each engagement. This lets the project use relevant expertise without suggesting that every specialist is a permanent DWHPro employee or available immediately.
