We have built DWHPro on a simple premise: the people on the call are the people who deliver. No juniors, no bench resources, no bait-and-switch. Every engagement is staffed with senior engineers who understand the architecture, the politics, and the pressure of enterprise data programmes.
Our Expert Network extends that model. We are looking for independent consultants and freelance data engineers who operate at the same level — professionals we can call on when a project demands additional depth or a specific platform skillset. Why Join
DWHPro was founded by a Teradata Certified Master with over 25 years of enterprise delivery across European banking, insurance, and telecom. When you join our network, you work alongside that level of technical leadership — not above it, not beneath it, but as a peer.
We are vendor-neutral. Our engagements span Teradata, Snowflake, and Databricks, and we advise clients based on where the architecture leads — not where a vendor quota points. Our client roster includes UniCredit, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Nordea, PostFinance, Swiss Life, and other enterprises where data engineering is mission-critical rather than experimental.
We run one to two projects at a time. There are no layers of project managers or account executives between you and the work. This is a small team culture built on high trust and direct delivery. Through our Big 4 partnership, we also take on cloud and data engineering engagements that require enterprise-scale governance without losing technical depth.
DWHPro also operates a Florida-based LLC (DWHPRO LLC), which opens the door to US-based engagements for network members who are interested in transatlantic project opportunities.

There is no obligation to accept, and we will never share your details with a client without your explicit consent. Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for senior data engineers and architects with at least five years of enterprise experience. Deep expertise in at least one major platform — Teradata, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, or PostgreSQL — is essential. Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or telecom is strongly preferred, as these are the environments where the majority of our engagements take place.
You should be comfortable working independently, whether on-site at a client location or remotely. We primarily engage consultants based in Europe, though we consider exceptional candidates globally. Fluency in English is required. German is a strong advantage for engagements in the DACH region, where much of our work is concentrated.
